About 18 years ago, Raj laid the foundation of Legacy Digitronics Private Limited with his mentor, Mark Reisner of The Merwin Group, and a lifetime friend, Archana Kapoor. The goal was to create an organization that would serve as a one-stop-shop for all recruitment and market research needs. Legacy Digitronics was founded on the idea of providing cost-effective Recruitment Process Management and Business Management Process services without sacrificing quality, particularly in terms of customer interaction. Raj places an immense value on customer relationships, which has resulted in several successful affiliations and partnerships in the business management support services sector, allowing Legacy Digitronics to not only provide quality research support to customers but also to save thousands of dollars on logistics becoming a true growth partner.

Bringing automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) to the recruiting industry, as well as massive lead generation and candidate pool development from various social media platforms, was just a dream until Raj made it a reality, allowing Legacy Digitronics customers to stay ahead of the competition.

A Microsoft Certified Office Trainer, Legacy Digitronics’ founder, a phenomenal persona, a Bachelor’s degree, and a creative mind in bending MS Office applications into tools for the entire Legacy Digitronics research team. Archana and Raj took up the challenge of establishing Legacy Digitronics as a cost-effective service provider. Archana is seamlessly leading research operations and making recommendations to researchers and clients in both complex projects, with a vast 16 years of experience in various industry verticals.

Sam's qualities as an unconditional supporter, a silent performer, and a perfectionist appear to be endless. Sam made process management far more effective and scalable with his vast knowledge and understanding of multiple CRMs/ATS, research procedures and recruiting industry verticals. His constant attempts to impart information to other research professionals, as well as his enthusiasm for data analytics, has led him to a variety of guidance functions at Legacy Digitronics.

Kanchan possesses clearly relevant experience in her past roles, commenced her career in the banking sector, moved to medical insurance then jumped into US Staffing as Recruiter and worked into IT/Non-IT both types of recruitment projects in the US market. Having her expertise knowledge enables Legacy Digitronics, in differentiating various recruiting aspects and types of requirements. With a Bachelor of Commerce, Kanchan focuses on client sourcing deliveries in Engineering, Energy, IT, Healthcare, Pharma, Chemical & Construction industry verticals.

An Engineer by background, Amit leads the office supply needs at Legacy Digitronics and provides vast experience from the printing industry, helping Legacy research professionals in taking on print industry-related sourcing needs meticulously.
